How do I know if I need counselling?

Signs that you may need counselling could include: feeling overwhelmed, not being satisfied about where you are in life, feeling stressed, feeling lost, feeling unsure of yourself and feeling stuck in the same cycles and not knowing how to move forward. 

What issues can counselling help with?

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

How long should I expect to have to attend counselling?

At a minimum I start with a recommendation of six counselling sessions, at 50 minutes per week for 6 weeks, at the same time each week. This allows your body and mind to get the most out of the process. At the mid point, 3 weeks in, I assess where we are and agree what is needed from here.
